Job Description

As an Accountant Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial information to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. You will work closely with the finance team to provide accurate and timely financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate must have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, general ledgers, and various accounts receivable/payable.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

- Collaborate with auditors during annual audits.

- Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

- Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices.
