Responsibilities
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients
- Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
- Aid clients in achieving their goals
- Provide ongoing support to our clients.
- Make sure clients are onboarded and running smoothly with our platform.
- Understand and solve client issues that may arise.
- Help clients to understand our systems and make sure they are getting maximum value from us.
- Help promote other features and ensure the client us on the right package for them.
- Help renew accounts.
- Be the point of contact for our client-side Users.
- Champion our product and solution to help customer understand why they will get a benefit from using us.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
