Responsibilities

• Own overall relationship with assigned clients
• Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
• Aid clients in achieving their goals
• Provide ongoing support to our clients.
• Make sure clients are onboarded and running smoothly with our platform.
• Understand and solve client issues that may arise.
• Help clients to understand our systems and make sure they are getting maximum value from us.
• Help promote other features and ensure the client us on the right package for them.
• Help renew accounts.
• Be the point of contact for our client-side Users.
• Champion our product and solution to help customer understand why they will get a benefit from using us.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in customer success
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and analytical
• Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
