Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (SHRM, PHR) is Plus.
Media or Marketing background is Plus
Proven experience 3 To 5 Years.as an HR Specialist or similar role, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR policy development.
Excellent knowledge of labor law.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
