Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer letters.
- Manage social insurance documents as related to the company employees.
- Handle the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all personnel data.
- Preparing reports, memos, letters, and other related documents.
- Handling Medical Insurance accounts and renewing Contracts.
- Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
- Responding to employees queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up daily attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine & attendance cards"
- Follow up and data entry for every transaction on the attendance system Provide periodic reports about employees regularity and review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave …etc
- Controlling the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees In addition to attendance tasks
- Proceed Form no. 1 & no. 6 for employees
- Dealing with external parties like social insurance and labor office
- Receive & Review Hiring documents for all new hiring candidates
- Proceed contracts for employees
- Employee coding
- Proceed monthly reports for (hiring, leaving, absence, sick … ETC.)
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar role in the manufacturing field .
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…etc.)
