Job Purpose:
To Managing, Operating and Following up Cards and ATM Network Systems.

Job Responsibilities:
• - Ensuring the highest level of service quality, closely liaising with MSP "Managing Service Provider", local and international organizations, and other Stakeholder.
- Monitor and maintains the relationship with our technology partners, Assesses skills of the MSP.
- Works with the MSP to Achieve the goals and objectives of agreements.
- Reviews and authorizes work orders/ requests and ensure that all required ITD "Information Technology Division" approvals are obtained.
- Reviews and participate to ensure that service delivery and sort all system issues and if needed participate MSP support team, process issues and escalation procedure.

Job requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field of study.
- 3 years of experience in banking sector Specialized in ATM switch & CMS filed.
- Basic knowledge of Database "Oracle & SQL".
- Basic knowledge of networking and routing.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems "Linux & Unix & Windows server".
