Job Description

Working Arrangement:

  1. Full-Time (Hybrid) 2 days from office
  2. Rotational shifts from 9;00 am to 5:00 pm and from 5 pm to 12:00 am 
  3. One day off (Either Saturday or Friday). 
  4. Shift on Weekend is from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Remotely) 

 

Responsibilities: 

1. Respond to calls received during the work shift and answer emergency cases.

2. Contact the department responsible to handle urgent matters. 

3. Handle client requests effectively and in a timely manner. 

4. Use our CRM to record requests, calls status…etc 

5. Handle client requests through Whatsapp system, calls and emails. 

Job Requirements

  1. 0-1 year experience in customer service or call center. 
  2. Must  be a graduate of a non-medical field. 
  3. Fluent in English and Arabic
  4. Excellent Communication skills 
  5. Excellent Microsoft Office skills
