Job Description:
- Build a pool of candidates from different channels (A walk-in applicant, recruitment websites and other recruitment sources)
- Screen candidates CVs and make initial interview.
- Interview candidates up to supervisors level and provide feedback to both HR Manager.
- Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.
- Attending job fairs and presenting the company professionally.
- Regularly coordinate with existing recruitment sources and search for new sources.
- Control, maintains, and updates manpower plan and prepares related and weekly and monthly reports.
- Regularly update staff budget.
- Conduct orientation to new employees, presentation about company policy and benefits.
- Generates recruitment-related reports.
- Assist HR manager in establishing workforce planning budget.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or another related major.
- Proven work experience as a recruitment specialist, at least 2 years (preferred in fast food industry).
- Practical experience in full recruitment cycle.
- Very good command of English.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Good reporting skills and ability to use MS Office applications (Excel PowerPoint...etc.) effectively.
- HR Certificate or Diploma is preferred.
- Ability to multitask with focus on time and quality.
- Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment.
