Role Description

MIDBANK is looking for a full-time Direct Sales Officer for its Cairo location in Egypt. As a Direct Sales Officer, you ll be responsible for generating and pursuing new sales leads, building new relationships with customers, and increasing the overall customer base of the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2 years of relevant experience in sales
• Ability to communicate persuasively and effectively with customers, navigate objections, and conduct negotiations.
• Ability to develop effective sales strategies and tailor them to specific customer needs
• Strong sales presentation and follow-up skills
• Great customer service and relationship management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English language
