Job Description

  • Passing through the workshop and making sure of the progress of work with the supervisor of the workshop services and the cleanliness of the floors and docks of the workshop. It is not allowed to lift the docks while there are cars on it
  • Lifting and collecting scrap in the place designated for it
  • Follow up on the cleanliness of the products and their mark
  • Follow-up hygiene in disinfecting the workshop stream and workshop surface and removing sediment
  • Passage of water coolers
  • The absence of any item from the scrap areas inside the waste (wood, cardboard, plastic, iron, etc.)
  • Follow-up of the technician during the presence of the pest control company in the administrative building, sewers, reception, workshop and bathrooms
  • Follow up the technician while the photocopier company is in the building
  • Evacuation of external sites during loading, with caution, to preserve furniture
  • Establishing and preparing the place in case of (external visits for filming, meetings, or an event.....etc.)
  • Fifth, the seller, to sell the raw materials cleanly, on a regular basis
  • Not keeping any cleaning materials outside the warehouses and not allowing them to be present in any office
  • Follow up on the cleanliness of the bathroom doors and confirm their signature from the cleaning company

Job Requirements

Educational Requirements:    University or Institute  

Special Certification or Training Required:  administrative Training

Required Industry Experience:  Administration

Technological Requirements:  Outlook, Excel Word &  PowerPoint

Language Requirements:  English  good
