What you will do:


  • Helping and solving appeals of users
  • Translation of texts
  • Training and hiring new agents
  • Supervise and monitor the activities of agents
  • Control the compliance of agents with production discipline
  • Prepare reports on the quality of work
  • Answering questions from staff and providing guidance and feedback
  • Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated


What we expect from you:


  • Developed communication skills
  • Fluent in Arabic, and English
  • Knowledge Russian language would be an advantage
  • Competent verbal and written communication
  • The initiative, independence, focus on the result, the ability to bring things to a close
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information and multi-tasking
  • Organizational skills
  • Management skills
  • Friendliness, tactfulness and resistance to stress
  • Assiduity and patience
  • Work experience in a similar position
  • Willingness to travel

Working terms:


  • The probation period for 3 months
  • Initial training
  • Working hours: shift work from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, 2 days on and 2 days off
