Key RESPONSIBILITIES
Manpower Planning:
- Cooperate in setting and maintaining the annual manpower plan through coordinating with
departments heads to identify recruitment needs and ensure the execution of the plan. - Follow up and administrate the internal transfers/promotions full cycle and assure the approval of
the necessary documentations respecting the timeframe in order to ensure smooth operations - Prepare the monthly headcount follow up report to track the progress of the manpower plan.
Recruitment: - Maintain recruitment processes, policies and procedures through all recruitment activities to ensure
its compliance with the recruitment strategy - Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
- Follow up internal and external job posting process through promoting and utilizing different
recruitment sources, social media networks & job portals (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook) to identify
potential applicants to fulfill staffing needs. - Buildup, maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential candidates to satisfy Suez
Cement Company in advance staffing needs. - Conduct the competency-based HR interviews for the internal and external candidates to analyze
candidate experience and obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills - Screen candidates resumes and job applications in order to ensure efficient initial filtration process.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, schedules, working conditions, or
promotion opportunities. - Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications in every phase to ensure
professional recruitment process and professional employer image. - Coordinate and arrange the technical interviews between the candidates and the hiring managers to
insure smooth operations. - Follow up with the accepted candidates to inform their starting date and to ensure preparing hiring
documents. - Prepare orientation to the new employees to explain company strategy, policies and work
environment. - Ensure the accurate records and document concerning all phases of the recruitment process
including number of applicants and filtration during every phase and interviews results
(accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...), to ensure proper future analysis to the recruitment process.
Employer Branding: - Contribute in all activities, projects and communications related to “Employer Branding” in order to
promote excellent and professional employer image. - Search and follow employer branding trends and practices to ensure proper implementation.
- Participate or lead ad-hoc projects that may go beyond formal accountabilities to satisfy and
respond accordingly to business needs - Proactively manage Health & Safety process and procedures to achieve the company ambition of
0 Lost Time Injuries and to continuously improve the companys Health & Safety performance - Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including
implementation of Group guidelines, performing trainings, monitoring compliance etc.
Organization Development:

- Conduct research and analyze data in relation to the alignment and success of company goals to
identify skill gaps and develop critical feedback - Assist in the development programs, and create KPIs for every department & employee to support
organizational growth and effectiveness - Coordinate effectively the concerned department in implementing the performance evaluation
system, to identify corrective actions and development initiatives. - Update and maintain company & departments org. charts, update job descriptions job descriptions, organizational structure and chart to ensure its compliance.
