Job Description
To provide an effective administrative framework to support ongoing projects and external grants.
Being a vocal point between concerned departments which requires advanced interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
Monitoring and maintaining regular reports on the financial / budget status of external grants and projects
Procurement and Financial tasks related to external grants and ongoing projects.
Ensure compliance of all documents with both ZC and the granting organization regulations.
To support activities of the research projects and external grants as required, such as assisting in budget planning, preparing reports, communications with granting organizations, and other similar tasks.
Facilitate the onboarding process of external grant team members.
Maintain external grants database including tracking of budget, technical reports, and financial reports.
To liaise with the Communications Department as required regarding research and science updates.
Maintain and update the Research Center’s filing system.
Any other administrative tasks related to the Research office
Job Requirements
Excellent and Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced interpersonal and intrapersonal skills are a MUST
( Excel Proficiency ) Proven experience in excel is a MUST
Organized and detail-oriented.
Time management Proficiency

Confidentiality
Information and data management (filing and database management of projects)
Basic bookkeeping knowledge
Solid Knowledge of office management communication software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, Google suite, Zoom)
