Doctors accounts settlement
Settlement of accounts of all suppliers.
Prepare a monthly report on suppliers accounts.
Forecasting monthly payments
Monitoring Doctors total working hours
Follow up and review purchase orders.
Follow up on Facebooks monthly budget with the sales target report
Follow up the fixed payments of the company.
Job Requirements
bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
+3 years experience in the field of accounting
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
Experience with general ledger functions
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Additional certification ( IFRS CPA or CMA) is a plus
experience working on ERP Systems, Outlook , oddo
