Implement different HR activities specially the recruitment plans as per Lemon Spaces and the job needs within the needed time plan, within budget to ensure selecting the best talents.
- Source qualified calibers as per the JP and job requirements to ensure hiring the best talent on time.
- Analyze recruiting trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Meet with hiring managers to discuss job requirements and candidate qualifications.
- Develop job postings, interviewing, and selecting candidates for open positions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and potential candidates.
- Review the job postings for upcoming positions for developing recruitment strategies.
- Attend recruiting events to source possible candidates to get qualified CVs for potential hiring requests.
- Review potential candidates resumes and contact them to set up interviews.
- Follow up with potential candidates via email or telephone and negotiate salaries and other benefits.
- Develop job offers as per the salary scale at Lemon Spaces.
- Implement onboarding cycle to new hires and providing support with training.
- Maintain updated records of recruitment activities and progress.
- Keep up to date with employment laws and regulations.
Support in implementing various HR activities (OD – Personnel & ER – Total rewards – etc.).
