Job Purpose : 

The Data entry and content moderator is responsible for the user-generated content submitted to our online platform. Your role is to ensure that items are placed in the right category, are free from scams, do not include any illegal items, and follow the internal company content quality policy. which directly helps our companys growth.

Dimensions:

Non-Financial: Directly responsible for the overall website image  Refine the content quality  enhancing the user experience  and building user trust. Which directly helps the company with user Retention and different service renewals.

Responsibilities 

• Review ads posted on the Waseet.net platform and approve or reject them based on pre-set guidelines and knowledge base while editing fields manually if needed.
• Could you escalate new cases and propose updates to the knowledge base accordingly?
• Could you review a sample of listings after they go live and reject them if needed based on pre-set guidelines and knowledge base?
• Process and review accounts that have been flagged for review of potentially sensitive content to ensure there are no violations of policies.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly targets including the number of manually moderated listings and number of accounts reviewed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Management  Marketing  sales or other relevant subject.
• Experience from 0-3.
• Language expertise (read, write, understand) Arabic
• Good command of the English language
• Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows with an eye for detail
• Ability to work under high pressure.
