Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing Amazon seller accounts on behalf of our clients.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, track key performance metrics, and generate reports.
Assist in identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, both written and verbal.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns.
Strong research skills to fill in missing information through online resources.
Proactively identify and resolve issues related to Amazon account management.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for client accounts.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with exceptional communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
Strong internet research skills to find missing information and stay updated on industry trends.
Prior experience in account management, e-commerce, or Amazon seller support is a plus.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive problem solver with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
