Job Description
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc..
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
- Responsible for all archiving work related to the processes of arranging and keeping documents.
- Handling additional duties from time to time.
- Organize, store, and print company documents as needed.
- Handle queries from managers and employees.
- Following up with maintenance schedules for the company.
Job Requirements

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelors degree or University graduate
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Word.
