Job Description
- To interact with customers as per the customer service standards.
- To maintain the Mall image through complying with appearance and attendance standards.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Mall Of Arabia services, facilities, stores/locations and promotional activities to handle product and service inquiries and update the database sheet on daily basis at all desks.
- Proactively solicit feedback and suggestions while making regular surveys with customers to enhance our services.
- Coordinate with Customer Service Supervisor/Manager and internal departments with regard to the Mall s Reporting Process and Response Procedures and maintain a clear understanding of Customer Services role and areas of responsibility (such as store guide, lost and found, taxi, extend assistance to handicap or special needs customers.
- create memorable customer interactions, assist customers and provide excellent customer service by providing directions, information, answering questions, and performing other Mall s specific duties as assigned in a pleasant matter reflecting warm hospitality.
- Solve and report the customer complaints and problems on the spot, and adhere to a time frame for the escalated complaints to the supervisory or managerial level.
- Regularly observe the issues that may affect the customer satisfaction negatively with consistent follow up and pursuit solutions to provide better Customer Experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and educate them about the Mall s services and promotional activities.
- Assist with Tenants memos whether creation or distribution.
- Responsible for the park ticketing procedures by handling cash during shifts.
- Assist the marketing team in their promotions, activities conducted in the mall.
- Actively promote Marketing activities during the day, activate daily and seasonal publications, and offering loyalty program, sales coupons and prizes to all customers aiming to increase the Mall s wealth.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly detailed reports for the voice of customers (such as complaints, suggestions, permission requests, tenants behavior and their commitment toward the Mall regulations, etc.)
- Participate in special projects and assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- Very good in Arabic & English speaking and writing
- Very good knowledge computer office applications
