JOB PURPOSE:
The officers/senior officers responsible of Uploading CBE files over CBE network, sending corresponds to CBE , direct data entry to CBE network handle with other department to collect data.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The Job is responsible of CBE reporting for both Consumer and Corporate to CBE, in terms of:
1- CCR (Customer Credit Reporting)
• Uploading the CCR files to ensure the accurate data before uploading over CBE network
• Uploading CCR files over CBE network before target date (first five days working of month)
• Uploading CBE reports related CCR file after uploading (i.e. errors report, why not reporting)
• Sending corresponds to CBE related CCR
2- ORR (Obligor Risk Rating)
• Handle with other department to collect data
• Uploading the ORR file over CBE network
• Uploading CBE reports related ORR file after uploading (i.e. errors report, why not reporting)
3- Negative list
• Ensure that the NL file has been uploading before target date
4- Related parties (Guarantors)
• Register related parties for customers in CBE network regarding to documentation
• Ensue that the Guarantors have been reported in CCR file
• Review related parties for customers in ADIB System (rim to rim relation system)
5- CBE Coding
• Register of new customer s data in CBE network to create CBE code
• Uploading the CBE code in ADIB System
• Review the data of customer s in ADIB System (i.e. incomplete name, wrong ID, class type) regarding to documentation
1- SIC Code (Standard Industrial code)
• Register sic code in CBE network
• Review the SIC code in ADIB System through BO reports
2- Legal actions
• Review the legal action forms before sending to CBE
• Ensure that the legal action has been registered in CBE network
3- Provide corporate team with the required CBE reports (i.e. Customer position) in order to be able to grant new facilities.
4- Review and ensure the proper controls is in place in line with CBE regulations for reporting.
5- Responsible for providing assurance over the adequacy of data provided to CBE.
6- Responsible for follow up on errors / mistakes to be rectified by concerned department before target date
7- Investigate CBE complains
8- The job is expected to protect the bank form any franchise & financial risks
9- Ensure that daily / Monthly exception reports are reviewed to cover exceptional cases
10- Ensure complying with CBE regulations.
11- Ensure the quality of the data provided to CBE
12- And any other assigned tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Education:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Economics/ or equivalent
• Experience:
- Credit Information officer: 0-2 relevant years of banking experience or similar filed is a plus.
- Credit Information senior officer: 2-4 relevant years of banking experience or similar filed is a plus, and finalize (أساليب قياس وإدارة المخاطر)
