Qualifications:


· Min. 4 years of HR experience in fast growing /international organizations,

· BA/BS degree or equivalent,

· Excellent command of written and spoken English in addition to Native Arabic,

· Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a rapidly-changing environment,

· Strong communicator with demonstrated experience influencing and collaborating cross-functionally and strong attention to detail,

· Experience with being the face of HR, representing policies and practices to Store managers and employees across the organization,

· Proficient with Microsoft Office,

· Mobility will be required,

· Strong time management skills,

· Excellent communication skills.



Job Description:

· Managing talent acquisition and recruitment processes while providing best HR practices,

· Providing support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolving any work-related issues,

· Assisting in development, improvement and implementation of human resource policies and procedures,

· Identifying and implementing initiatives to increase better employee experience,

· Conducting onboarding/Orientation of the new team members,

· Handling all paperwork related to registration of Company Employees,

· Gathering and analyzing data with necessary HR metrics tools Such as company dashboards,

· Maintaining employee files and records in electronic form and hard copies,

· Creating and submitting required reports to local consultant and HQ,

· Promoting healthy relationships between staff and management through mediation and handling labor disputes, management requests and questions (and vice versa),

· Following up on employee off boarding (exit interviews, statistics, turnover rate),

· Responsible for collecting and analyzing employee data and maintaining accurate and complete employee records,

· Updating employee records and being the point of contact between business units and Head quarter.
