Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their human capital needs and execute tailored solutions.
- Deliver HCC projects in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and SOPs.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational restructuring & design, assessment management, and career progression.
- Act as a trusted advisor, building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional value.
- Work with different stakeholders, projects, and countries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Human Capital Consulting, focusing on OD, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and P&P Development.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- GCC experience is highly desirable.
- Diplomas / Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
