Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to assess their human capital needs and execute tailored solutions.
• Deliver HCC projects in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and SOPs.
• Provide expert guidance on organizational restructuring & design, assessment management, and career progression.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional value.
• Work with different stakeholders, projects, and countries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Human Capital Consulting, focusing on OD, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and P&P Development.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• GCC experience is highly desirable.
• Diplomas / Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
