Responsibilities
Manage assigned accounts budget through co-developing AOP, submitting relative forecast and budget reviews, close monitoring to monthly actual cost vs set budgets.
Keep closely 24hrs monitoring to labor attainment in assigned accounts to ensure 100% attainment and take preventive and corrective actions accordingly.
Build detailed HC AOP upon business requirements, crewing, budget targets, financial tasks, production plans, logistics, Sales route and new business initiatives.
Execute the monthly HC plan to meet business requirements aligning with all relevant stakeholders (internally& externally) meeting the AOP and maintaining the RIC targets.
Lead contingent workforce digitization agenda in assigned accounts that includes 2 systems my workforce system to ensure a fully E2E automated process for a better control and labor View system administration via facial recognition machines maintenance and attendance adherence precent.
manage business transformational projects & interventions on Contingent Workforce front in assigned accounts (i.e., Production lines closures / transfer, Sale Routes closures/ transfer, sites relocation, Plant/ DC closure, lines/ r out es expansions, non-core jobs outsourcing).
Lead effective change management plans to ensure a smooth transition of vendor remapping across sites with zero business interruptions.
Develop productivity initiatives to optimize contingent workforce HC/cost to achieve R/C targets
Manage effective labor relations in site to permanently sense labor vibes and build mitigation plan to avoid any type of labor heat on ground.
Build monthly financial accruals of assigned account s along with cause of change analysis and share it with Finance Control team.
Implement crisis management plans in assigned accounts during seasonal peaks and/ or labor strikes/ stoppages to ensure zero business interruptions (peaks i.e. Ramadan, Eid Fitr, Eid Adha etc..)
Develop and run regular communication channel/venues with all types of stakeholders {Internal: HRBPs, Plant Managers, USMs, RSMs, plant, DC Managers/Supervisor. External: 9 Vendor s and Vendor supervisors) to ensure 24/ 7 update alignment and prompt response.
Manage and control OT consumption via OT module my workforce system & closely monitor shift -based consumption & build action plans accordingly to meet OT and total target budget.
Run site investigations in the occasion of a code violations (i.e. Safe ty, food safety, behavioral, human rights an d Code of conduct etc ..)
Prepare monthly Contingent Workforce KPls analysis and share it with relevant stakeholder s (i. e Safety Hours - Productivity Hours).
Handle non-monetary benefits distribution in assigned accounts (l.e Ramadan bags/vouchers, special Incentives, & products distribution).
Manage assigned accounts engagement agenda on contingent workforce front in collaboration with facilities and HR teams (i.e mother day, international women day, R&R program).
Manage assigned accounts culture agenda on contingent workforce front that includes female representation % , cultural intervention, COC agenda etc..)
Ensure timely and properly onboarding sessions delivered to 100% of new labor.
Review and track labor attendance that includes sick leave cases to ensure 100% compliance with sick leave process.
Develop a monthly corrective action plan to ensure vendors compliance with labor hiring document.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in any relevant discipline
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR
Proficiency in English & Arable (Written & Spoken) is a must
Excellent communication skills

Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs

Good Financial acumen & ability to work with numbers
