Job Description
- Manage all accounting transactions on Odoo.
- Issue financial reports in time.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closings and enter them on Odoo.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile different accounts and general lager.
- Assist in timely bank payments and recording on Odoo.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Assist balance sheets and profit/loss statements on Odoo.
- Audit and enter financial transactions and documents on Odoo.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Reconcile payments to ensure the ERP system (Odoo) reflects the correct transactions.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
- Previous experience in farms is a plus.
- Work experience from 1 to 5 years.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software Odoo System.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
- Experience with general ledger functions.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus.
