Job Responsibilities:
Handling office supplies to ensure there is no shortage in office stationery and canteen stuff
Handling Travel Services for GM, employees & visitors including hotel accommodation, visa, logistics …etc.
Involved in the process of suppliers contract renewals
Handling any external visits arrangements in terms of logistics, accommodation, agenda ..etc.
Organize company events in full to enhance team bond
Managing all external documentations and courier shipments related to the office
Schedule meetings, interviews, team meetings
Issuing all kinds of HR letters (visa letters, invitation letters, bank letters, etc..)
Creating and editing employees files Extracting reports related to employees data.
Responsible for new hires and for leavers process documentation/files (hiring documents, induction plan, contracts, insurance, exit procedures ..etc. and coordinate with service providers.
Supporting with the recruitment process within the given timeline/SLA (Screening CVs and matching it with each roles JD, scheduling and conducting interviews, conducting screening calls with potential candidates, sending thank you emails to rejected candidates).
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related field
