• Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Experience / Knowledge in using any of the HR System. VMS will be added advantage.
• Day-to-Day delivery
• Client and Vendor Management.
• Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in person presentation skills
• Strong follow up skills, motivated to break into new accounts through continuous effort
• Excellent project-management and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
• Maintain an updated SOP “Standard Operating Procedures” for day-to-day procedures so that operations functions efficiently
• Good Experience on Market Research will be an added advantage.
• Good Analytics Experience will be an added advantage.

• you will need

• A customer-oriented, self-motivated critical thinker with a “Can-Do” attitude!
• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
• 1-3 years of experience working in a relevant area such as staffing industry operations, HR/recruiting, MSP or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively across all layers of the organization
