Essential Duties:
1- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist with job posting, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork, orientation, and training scheduling.
2- Employee Records and Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and update employee data as needed.
- Process personnel changes, promotions, and terminations in compliance with company policies.
3- HR Communication:
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries.
- Support HR-related communication initiatives and ensure consistent messaging.
4- Training and Development:
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
- Assist in creating training materials and tracking attendance.
5- HR Projects:
- Assist in HR projects such as policy updates, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- SHRM or HRCI certification (preferred)
- Fluent English (C1 or C2)
- Ability to work night shifts with total focus (3 pm to 12 am)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with ADP.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
