Check Guests in and out.
Supervise reception desk.

Verify payments for check in and all guests in house.
Organise transportation for all guests.
Provide guests with all information required.
Manage Phone calls, emails and all communications.
Close desk and cashier with finance and accounting team daily.
Responsible for hygiene and all room amenities.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure maximum quality.
