As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to fill open positions within the organization.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Identify and implement innovative and cost-effective sourcing methods.
* Source potential candidates through various channels..
* Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
* Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
* Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
* Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews.
* Generate and present recruitment-related reports to management as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
IGCSE or American Diploma is a MUST
Package starts from 10,000 LE
Medical and Social insurance
Working hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Fri and Sat off
