- Updating recruitment records and produce reports analytics
- Administrate hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, performing reference checks, and conducting interviews
- Advertising all vacancies internally and externally through various recruitment media platforms
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source and interviews the potential candidates through different tools
- follow up on the Recruitment Process and procedure
- Dealing with different collars.
- Updating recruitment records and produce reports analytics.
- A Bachelors Degree in human resources or other relevant discipline is required
- Experience at a recruitment agency is a plus
-2-3 years of experience in the HR department
- Fluent English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent in using MS Office
- The ability to work effectively as a team member in a multi-cultural environment
