Communicate new benefits to employees by writing announcement summaries with details of the service
Create all relevant databases to keep track of all the expenditures and savings.
Planning and organizing all internal events; comparing between suggested places and offers, doing all the logistics and operations, managing the activities and the gifts that will be distributed
Generate quarterly analysis which ensures that internal employees are supplied with the most competitive benefits programs
Developing and updating policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits assuring equality between employees and abiding by the company values and culture.
