BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Creating and tracking candidate profiles through the process
Identifying lags in the overall recruiting process and working with the recruiting team to streamline processes
Working directly with sourcing recruiters, candidates and hiring managers
Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
Maintain a high level of candidate engagement & top class candidate experience.
Brief candidates on the assessments to be taken & place them according to process profiled for
Efficient in taking candidates through the interview process
Schedule & conduct floor walks covering all employees across LOBs
Screen and shortlist referrals for further rounds within a TAT of 24 hours from the time of application
