Description
EVOLVE Objectives:
- Up skill fresh graduates with real world professional skills & practical knowledge
- Accelerate fresh graduates career development & growth
EVOLVE Structure:
1. Orientation Session & Jump Start Camp - An orientation session about CBE & the jump start camp will include outdoor training
2. Banking Foundation - Intensive technical training customized for CBE by EBI to equip interns with technical banking knowledge.
3. Technical Path - Each Participant will join his/ her technical path to start the on-job training.
4. Skill up Week - This week will include Career Coaching, Networking Circle Guest Speakers & Meet with other Central Banks.
5. Show Case Day - Program closing ceremony where interns will present their learning journey.
EVOLVE Duration:
- 6 Months (Starting from January 2024 till June 2024)
Qualifications
- Applicant must hold the Egyptian Nationality.
- Fresh Graduates class 2022-2023 - Graduated From prominent universities from the Supreme Council of Universities.
- Required Majors:
o Business Administration / Commerce (Specialization : Accounting – Finance – Human Resources)
o Business Informatics
o Economics
o Computer Science
o Data Science
o Actuarial Science
o Mathematics
o Statistics
o Law
o Marketing
o Engineering (Specialization: Communication - Computer - Electrical "Power" - Construction - Mechanical)
· Grade / GPA : Cumulative GPA is equivalent to minimum grade “Very Good” or minimum grade “Very Good”
· Track of achievements /outstanding performance
· Post graduate studies: Enrolled in Masters program is preferred
· Interns will be requested to evaluate their internship experience & they ll be evaluated based on their performance
