Smart Furniture is now hiring HR Recruitment Specialist
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor Degree [Business Administration, or equivalent]
• Males [30 years old is Max. age]
• Cairo resident [Heliopolis, Nasr City, New Cairo are preferred]
• 1-2 years of HR experience [with proven Blue and White collars Recruitment experience]
• Excellent common of English language.
• High Microsoft Office skills.
• High Presentation and Communication skills.
• High Problem Solving, and Planning skills.
• Ownership, Time management and Handling skills.
• Able to accept Diversity and Change.
• Able to deal with Blue and White collars.
• Able to work in 10th of Ramadan City. And visit other sites.
Responsibilities
• Develop and update the pool of applicants.
• Maintain and update the database.
• Advertise the open posts.
• Screen the collected CVs.
• Arrange and follow up for interview appointments for the shortlisted applicants.
• Control the selection tests steps.
• Conduct the 1st interview.
• Arrange and assist the rest of the selection process.
