Monitor and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures for loss prevention
Practice prevention for any potential loss that could occur in the business due to manipulation, theft or fraud.
Conducts store visit activities; require appropriate physical count and monitor store performance and team member behavior.
Prepare investigation reports and provide the required evidence against theft and manipulation cases.
Check store performance on system and identify suspicious transactions on system to be investigated in detail.
Check CCTV camera for high risk store, and suspicious transactions.
Prepare daily reports for store visit and apply store visit check lists
Make weekly follow up for all pending issues and apply the appropriate communication to operations.
Ensure compliance with fixed asset policy and perform the appropriate physical count
At least 2 - 3 years’ experience as an Accountant
handling Loss Prevention, preferably in QSR, F&B, Retail or FMCG.
Have experience in using ERP preferably in Oracle.
Deadline oriented & has good attention to details.
Good communication skills and can converse in English language.
