The Positions Responsibilities Will Include
Regular Follow up on the actual sales recognized – Providing a weekly Estimate for the anticipated month closing
Provide a confirmation on the final To-Mkt sales recognized by the end of each month to be sent out for accruals calculation
Monthly DSO calculation, forecasting and communication on quarterly basis with global treasury
Resolve any foreseen credit blocks with the OTC, FP&A and customers to insure no orders are blocked from shipping
Price List Maintenance – Execute Price Change Activities associated with reflecting approved pricing changes in the ledger
Price reviews per quarter for each SKU per customer and communicate it accordingly with the Pricing Desk
Support Credit notes issuance for (Expiration, FOC and any other financial re-reimbursements) on Monthly basis
Monthly sales confirmations & Data check versus BPC data upload
Manage the NPL and update the NPL tracking tool ( I-launch) to ensure on time launches
Manages the codes Harmonization & deletion and insures all the p/roper communications done across all the concerned stake holders(Regulatory & Business )
Reports the PSO Metrics on monthly basis to include in the integrated business planned report
Manages any Ad-hoc Finance & Order to cash related requests .
Relevant experience
1 to 3 years experience in Finance operations
Fluent in English oral and written
Strong communication skills
Problem solving Skills
Excel proficiency
