Essential Responsibilities• Lead Service operational processes, commercial growth, topline revenue, contribution & operational margin for GEHC service in assigned territory.
• Work with Channel Partners (Distributors) to grow their business both in short and long term, define the key capabilities needed & Drive the highest level of compliance and integrity.
• Identify new Distributors per business needs, and in full alignment with Equipment Sales growth strategy, generating sales solutions & to effectively collaborate with the equipment sales account managers.
• Constantly connect partners with GE resources to transfer experiences and create qualified capabilities & ensure full visibility on the performance of distributors, both financially (revenue, cost & margins) and service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements• Bachelor’s Degree & at least 4 years of leadership experience in management or individual leadership role
• Fluent in English & Arabic
• Ability to develop & execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
