Tasks and responsibilities :
1- Ensure high efficiency and effectiveness in the management of the annual importation plan submission through aligning with all stakeholders and have the ownership in each and every steps in the process which is included but not limited to the following;
Receiving MOH Comments and requirements concerning our importation plan.
Share and align MOH comments and requirements with all stakeholders.
Draft the action plan to fulfill MOH requirement and gather the needed information and collect the relevant documents.
Prepare the hard copy file and excel file with the updated data.
Submit the needed file to MOH.
2- Build and maintain effective relationship management with the suppliers to ensure all process will run smoothly in term of documents availability such as (Materials GMPs, relationship letters and shipping documents) as well as material availability on time. & update the SAP with the suppliers acknowledgment .
3- Prepare the annual MRP file with the required materials, quantities, suppliers & manufacturers and adjust it on frequently basis based on the production plan and proceed with purchasing accordingly.
4- Build excellent relationship with MOH to ensure all process will run smoothly in term of; submission for annual importation plan, handling the MOH approvals & fulfill all the MOH requirements on regular basis as well as ensure on time financial settlement whether through direct transfer or cheque.
5- Provide the clearance agencies with the MOH approval & shipping documents and regular follow up with them.
6- Support in some activities such as issuing OTPs for feeding our custom account , demurrage cheques & advance payments .
7- Ensure material planning on time with Supplier follow up and support SSA
8- HSE Responsibilities
Follow the approved HSE policy and requirements. Following the statutory legislation concerning Health, Safety and environmental law.
Key “MUST HAVE” Competencies, Skills & Experiences
Pharmaceutical education Background
Minimum 1 year supply chain background
MOH communication
The flexibility to multitask and handle multiple requests with varying degrees of priority simultaneously
Profound communication and negotiation skills with internal and/or external customers
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
Good command of English
“Desirable” / Compromise Experience
Good Analytical capabilities
Regulatory experience
