Job Role:
Responsible for the day to day management of the logistics function ensuring cost effectiveness and timely management of carriage.
Responsible for all follow up with suppliers and ensure that all documents issued in the right form as per our regulations.
Ensuring the integrity of import documentation such as Bills of lading Commercial invoices and packing lists.
Keep proper records of all forms of transactions relating to the company logistics operation.
Prepares & updates price offers comparison between freight forwarder companies to get the best offers.
Maintain proper documentation & customs clearance in accordance to the Egyptian customs regulations & requirements.
Follow the clearance process and handle any problem may occur.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in related field
1_3 years of experience on logistics.
Excellent command of English speaking & writing.
Well-motivated and can work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent user for excel and MS office
