Open the office in the morning.
Listing properties on Property Portals with good knowledge of this duty.
Keeping the Employees log book & clients enquiry data updated.
Preparing real estate forms,contracts, addendum and internal documents
Handle Front Office.
Dealing with email & walk-in client enquiries
Check that all Office supplies are in line with the requirements & Order replenishment if required.
Coordinate property closings and overseeing document signing
Managing a client database and preparing reports.
Contact Tenants in order to set up appointments for renewal & necessary works.
Filing invoices & other office doccuments hard copy.
Coordinate with the Agent team and provide the back office support.
Experience as Admin in Real Estate.
Professional and presentable.
Degree educated in relevant field preferred.
Work well under pressure.
Should be honest, trustworthy, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Team Player and a quick learner.
Smart, Positive and Self-Motivated.
Must have excellent knowledge in MS Office & CRM softwares.
Excellent verbal and written English skills, Arabic (preferred)
