Duties & Responsibilities;
Source new suppliers according to project requirements.
Verify that all offers and quotations are valid to cover all projects requirements.
Review & update submitted proposals against project scope & negotiate all terms
Maintain suppliers relationships
Update on a regular basis “Suppliers master data file” & ensure that all add new suppliers are added with all their contact details.
Work under high value and high number of transactions exceed 5000 transactions per year as(purchase orders , internal request ,request for quotations , petty cash ,payment request ,financial reports for Auditors and internal Departments, custom and clearance ,practice, tenders).
Key Requirements;
Minimum certificate or diploma in procurement,or equivalent qualification.
Good understanding of procurement requirements relating to operational activities.
Strong budget and financial analysis skills.
Excellent time management skills and able to work to strict deadlines. High level of self-motivation and able to work with minimal supervision.
Fluent in English.
