Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Air Conditioning Sales professional based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored cooling solutions. You will identify sales opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will provide product support and maintain a thorough knowledge of Trane Egypt’s offerings and market trends.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs. Knowledge of Export and Freight processes related to air conditioning systems and cooling solutions. Ability to conduct Training sessions for customers to enhance their knowledge of products and solutions. Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Basic technical knowledge in air conditioning and cooling systems is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. High motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
