Tenant Coordinator is the owner and point of contact for all components associated with getting a Tenant’s store open.
Tracking and reporting exchanges of plans and information with the tenants.
Monitoring key dates for compliance with Tenant Leases.
Reviewing all tenant plans and will work with leasing team.
Working with the Project Manager and Lease Administration on the delivery of tenant spaces.
Daily interaction with teams from Construction, Leasing as well as Tenants and Contractors.
Provide high quality service to all Tenants while simultaneously managing a high volume of details.
Review Tenant plans to ensure that they meet lease requirements, permit requirements, and generally the local building code requirements.
Maintain reports and documentation regarding all correspondence with Tenants, and the status of lease requirements.
Create design and construction criteria for each project and ensure that all Tenants review and sign off on the delivery of premises at time of delivery.
Works closely with internal colleagues across departments and with the tenant’s representatives to ensure that construction projects are progressing on time and in a manner that strengthens the company’s relationship with the Tenants and other external stakeholders.
Coordinators to drive tenant openings and make an impact on the evolving retail.
Review, comment and approve tenant plans to ensure specific mall criteria for compliance and the best design possible.
Maintain tenant design criteria manuals for each assigned property, to be used by Tenants to design and build stores that will allow for the best possible design within that Mall.
Ensure that any delivery dates required by a lease with penalties are managed to by monitoring deals in process and escalating any deal that is in danger of missing the delivery date, and proposing solutions to ensure the delivery date is met.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or Construction Management.
From 4-6 years of equivalent work experience
Male
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior experience with AutoCAD and is beneficial
