Job Duties:
Preparing Bids for non-commercial services (indirect services)
Analyzing costs & adhering to approved budgets
Issuing Purchase orders & negotiating contracts
Offer strategies and solutions to help in managing costs on supplies and vendor services
Maintaining business partnership with existing vendors
Tracking orders and resolving commercial issues
Skills and Qualifications:
Familiarity with purchasing fundamentals & sourcing strategies
Strong math, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Detail-oriented team player with strong communications & presentation skills
Strong negotiations skills and the ability to work independently as needed.
3-4 years of experience
Fluent in English language
Knowledge of advanced Excel is must & familiar with ERP systems
