📍 Location: New Cairo (In front of AUC)
🕒 Working Hours: 11 AM – 7 PM
📆 Days Off: Friday & Saturday


We are looking for a well- friendly, and organizedCollection Specialist to join our team!


Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on outstanding payments with clients
Maintain regular communication to ensure timely collections
Update and manage client records on the system
Prepare periodic reports on collection status
Handle payment delays and resolve issues professionally

Requirements:

Previous experience in collections (real estate experience is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
