Responsibilities:
- Build unique, attractive and scalable Digital Advertising proposals that can suit a wide range of different clients.
- Act as the point of contact for clients for digital advertising matters.
- Build strong long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
- Work closely with the social media team in setting solid digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements.
- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
- Present social media strategies to clients and ensure a fully customized approach with each.
Requirements:
Have a strong positive attitude and problem solving skills.
proficiency in Microsoft office Suite products (Excel,Word and Power point).
Strong familiarity with building Social Media Strategies including (Facebook,Instagram and you-tube).
Develop workflows and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
Have strong leadership and management skills.
Strong time- management, presentation and communication skills.
Ability to write professional emails to clients and third parties.
Manage all operations internally with different stakeholders
Bachelors Degree in Business,Marketing, Marketing communications or related degree is a must.
3+ years Previous experience in account management in an agency is a must
