Responsibilities:
Provides general support to the Recruitment department and delivers in
assigned work, contributing to overall departmental goals, policies and
procedures.
Completion of new starter and leaver administration, including paperwork and system changes.
Managing Administration team tasks including the following:
Flights & hotels bookin
Business Visa issuing
Per Diem planning
Invoices tracking
Planning companys events
Responsible for marketing materials
Responsible for guest visits organization including catering, flight/hotel booking, evening outings
Controlling office supplies
Plans and manages own time and work, contributing to overall on-time goals.
Qualifications:
Fluency in German & English is a MUST
Strong Organizational Skills
Problem Solving Skills
SAP Skills (preferred)
Time Management Skills
