Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is responsible for the development maintenance and evolution of the CRM Platform and associated tools for Expo 2020.
Main responsibilities for this role include: Develop strategy surrounding resources appoint the most appropriate team member and allocate the relevant resource in line with the requirements of the project
Ensure key stakeholders remain aligned and collaborate when required across the Departments and Divisions of Expo 2020
Skills5+ years experience with demonstrated CRM development capability as well as
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or similar preferred
