Responsibilities
Innovate new ways to increase brand awareness and keep up to date on modern marketing trends.
Become the main brand owner responsible for the visual, written and spoken language across all touchpoints with customers and partners
Contribute to developing and maintaining the advertising/media strategy for the company, increasing consumer awareness and app usage.
Plan and execute online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns to Filkhedmas users/audiences.
Coordinate and design of promotional material and distribute it in online and offline channels.
Determine and manage campaign distribution channels.
Plan interviews and press conferences.
Produce marketing materials for our website.
Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates.
Track ROI for marketing campaigns.
Monitor company website, app and social media pages and address customer queries.
Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness.
Gather customer feedback to inform sales and technology teams.
Prepare periodical reports regarding Marcoms performance.
