· Study all IT requirements for the new local and international projects assigned by the Operations Project Coordinator Team Leader and prepare estimated budget plan.
· Coordinate all IT implementations processes including initiation, planning, executing, and closing among the IT Sections and OCI site projects.
· Coordinate the implementation of data network, infrastructure, IP telephony, security, communication and internet connectivity solution and follow up till the completion of the installation and configuration phase.
· Conduct the IT sites visits and status reports to ensure efficient and high IT services provided to OCI Site Projects on a regular basis.
· Survey all the IT requirements of the new projects, specify and propose required action plans and alternatives to submit the developed recommendations to the Operation Project Coordinator Team Leader.
· Follow up on the deliverables of projects IT requests with the procurement team to ensure Site Users requirements and requests are delivered in a timely manner in alignment with the approved plan.
· Participate in the preparation of IT Projects Implementations Standards, check lists, knowledge base and IT projects risk plans including the development of contingency plan.
· Perform other assignments as necessary to support the function/department
