Responsibilities :
Organize lab documents
Organize flavour library
Track shipments to and from France
Track samples list to clients, from library
Conduct market researches, presentations and explore F&B trends
Invent new flavour combinations to present to customers
Regularly conduct panel tests to prioritise flavours and recipes
To prepare liquid samples to be sent to customers
To prepare finished products to be sent to customers including; Juice, CDS, Candy, cakes, chocolate fillings, ice-cream, biscuits, wafers and creams
Help with day - to day activities
May sometimes help with sales
